Weiping Jiang worked as a cold dish chef at Liaoning Building in Shenyang, Liaoning Province from August 1996 to October 2002. From October 2002 to September 2013, she served as a Chinese pastry chef at Zhonglian Building in Dandong, Liaoning Province. From October 2013 to December 2019, she held the position of catering department manager at Hongda Holiday Hotel in Dandong, Liaoning Province. Since January 2020, she has been working as the head pastry chef at New York Imperial Garden Catering Company.
