Born in Macau, start learning to cook at age 15. Chef Tim work in many high end restaurants as executive chef including “Moongate”, “Fin”at Mirage hotel. Over see three asian restaurants at Pechanga hotel Casino. He is continuing to teach and train many new chefs with his 40+ years of experience in Cantonese cuisine. He is the lead chef for this ACA presidential brunch in 7/31/25.
