Chef Wong was recognized as Louisiana Restaurateur of the Year in 1994. In 1999, he was invited to cook at the White House as a guest chef. Trey Yuen has received numerous awards including “10 Great Places to Savor Chinese Food” (USA Today), “Zagat Award”, “Conde Nest Travel Magazine’s People Choice # 1 in Chinese Restaurants”, and “CNN’s Travel List of Top 50 Chinese Restaurants”.
