Betty Atkins is deeply active in Las Vegas’s Japanese community, having served as Executive Director of the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce and President of the Japan–America Citizens League. A founding member of CNY in the Desert and a chef at heart, she shares her culinary talents at food festivals, cooking for charitable causes and strengthening cultural and community ties.
