About Us
The Asian Chefs Alliance (ACA), formed as a special task force within the American Culinary Federation (ACF), is dedicated to empowering American Asian chefs by providing accessible pathways to professional recognition, certification, and advanced training. Our mission is to support chefs in achieving career success and ongoing professional development.
The ACA aims to enhance the diversity of the ACF by bringing in new members from across the spectrum of Asian regional cuisines. By fostering innovation, inclusiveness, and a broader culinary perspective, the ACA will contribute to the global influence and vibrancy of the ACF.
