He is truly a Master Dim Sum chef, he specializes in Hong Kong Style Dim Sum for 50 years. He is head dim sum chef from Hong Kong New World Hotel and move to Las Vegas, he is opening team for fine dining restaurant at Venetian in 1999 and build Ping Pang Pong to be the city busiest dim sum restaurant. He is currently working at Bellagio hotel as the head dim sum chef.
